Organic Coconut Shredded add a wonderful texture to cakes, biscuits & cereals. They make a beautiful garnish for desserts and are a sweet addition to nut or trail mixes.

The natural flavour and aroma of the coconut is retained in this delicious product as the coconut flesh is simply dried and flaked. NO bleaches, sweeteners or artificial preservatives such as sulphur dioxide are used. These flakes will naturally darken over time & may take on a light cream colour.
