Organic Desiccated Coconut is scrumptious in savoury dishes such as curries and in biscuits, muffins and cakes, the iconic Aussie Lamington being a perfect example! It can be enjoyed raw or lightly toasted.
The natural flavour and aroma of the coconut is retained in this delicious product as the coconut flesh is simply dried and grated. NO bleaches, sweeteners or artificial preservatives such as sulphur dioxide are used. This product will naturally darken over time & may take on a light cream colour.
