CERTIFIED ORGANIC AND GLUTEN FREE
Popped corn makes a lovely light snack and is quick and
easy to prepare. This particular variety of corn has a high
hard-starch content that "explodes" through the hull when
heated & gives excellent popping results.
To pop, add one dessertspoon of oil and three dessertspoons
of corn to a large pan (make sure it has a lid or you could be in trouble!).
Heat on medium for 1-2 minutes. When the corn starts to pop, shake the
pan constantly to ensure all the corn pops and it doesn’t burn.
Once the popping stops, remove from heat and enjoy! You can also
add a little salt or melted butter if this takes your fancy.
