How To Cook Steel-Cut Oats
Steel-cut oats take a little longer to cook than rolled oats (unless they are soaked overnight). They are oat groats that have been cut into pieces by a steel blade. Oats are commonly known for their super food qualities. They have a log GI so they are slowly absorbed by your system, giving you hours of energy. They are used in cookies, puddings, muffins, crumbles, toppings for desserts and most of all they make a delicious, healthy and warm breakfast!
