Mudballs

1/2 cup almond butter
1/2 cup honey or rice syrup or coconut syrup
1  1/2  cups millet /quinoa.buckwheat flakes ground up a bit use either flake
1/2 cup organic chocolate chips or chocolate broken up
1/2 cup sesame seeds 

Cook almond butter and sweetners over low heat until melted. Measure remaing ingredients into separate bowl. Pour melted almon butter and sweetners over other ingredients and stir with spatula. Chocolate chips will melt and make it look like mud....When mixture is cool enough to handle, use a cookie scoop to make little balls.
