rum balls

Ingredients:
1 cup Walnuts
1 cup Almonds
1 cup Linseed
1/2 cup Pepitas
1/2 cup Sunflower Seeds
1/2 cup White Chia Seeds
1 cup Dried Cranberries
2 cups Pitted Medjool Dates
1/2 cup Coconut (for rolling)

Method:
Combine all ingredients in food processor until mixture forms a ball. 
Roll into small balls then roll through coconut.

*Add 2 tablespoons of Rum for Christmas cheer!
