Salt Bush
Salt Bush grows across dryland Australia and is used to assist with erosion in saline soils. Salt Bush is reminiscent of thyme, parsley and mint. Excellent as a roast meat rub or teams well with seafood. Use to season vegetables, salsas, meatballs, stews. Add to breads and stuffing mixes.
